This shop owner is charging abruptly for bubble plastic...

This shop owner is charging abruptly for bubble plastic wrap extra amount if we buy fragile items to be packed for transit. For Packing Extra charges he is not informing before buy, once we packed the items then he asking packing charges. Be aware the price quoted by them is 235% higher then other retailers shop for the same items. This Guy is just taking advantages of the location, nothing special in this shop.

I am staying in Lokhandwala and I had horrible experience...

I am staying in Lokhandwala and I had horrible experience today with this shop. I had been regular customer to this shop and today I bought one toy which was actually used, second hand item. They refused to refund my amount saying its made in china so we cant do anything. I was really surprised by their behaviour because till date these guys were nice to me and suddenly they started behaving rudely. My clear advice is check your items before purchasing because it may possible you got cheated someday. I am not sure what difference this post will make but please be careful, these guys are unprofessional and very selfish in nature.
