I am not a medical professional, but about 6 months ago I consulted a doctor, Freya Rao, regarding my blurred vision. The doctor told me that there was nothing serious and that it was just due to stress, saying that fluid had accumulated in my eyes. She advised me to do meditation and prescribed eye drops and some medication for one month. However, my eyes did not improve. In fact, after 1–2 months, my vision became even more blurred. Then I consulted another doctor, who told me that there was no fluid issue and advised me to get an MRI. The MRI revealed a more serious problem. If Dr. Freya Rao had examined me properly, this major issue could have been identified earlier. This is not something that could have been cured with meditation. So please, when you are checking a patient’s eyes, do it properly and professionally. Patients are paying for a proper medical check-up, not to listen to a one-hour lecture. Also, one of your staff members is very rude and does not know how to speak properly. It feels like you are charging money for giving lectures rather than actually examining the patient’s eyes.
