Very bad experience – unprofessional and misleading I had a terrible experience with Sanjay's courier service. I handed over my parcel on 13th May from Mumbai to Germany, but the shipment was not even initiated until 24th May, causing significant delays. He charged ₹53,000 and increased the weight from 55 kg to 90 kg by manipulating dimensions, which felt completely dishonest. On top of that, he used an incorrect HSN code, which led to the courier getting stuck at customs for several days. Due to this carelessness, UPS later charged an additional ₹24,000 as a customs fee, which was never communicated in advance. Throughout the process, Sanjay was highly unprofessional, unresponsive, and misleading. I would strongly advise against using his services. This was a costly and frustrating experience.

I had booked courier through them. The courier pin code was incorrect and the parcel returned. Mr Sanjay took the effort to call me and re dispatch the courier with correct pin code in a swift manner. Their service and reliability is to talk about. Keep up the good work. Thanks
