I bought the cake on 23rd May 2026. They gave us STALE/Old cake. Literally we had to throw it in dust bin. I dont recommend this cake shop to anyone as the quality of cake is worst. Totally disappointed. on 25th morning I returned this cake back to the shop, the shop staff understood the issue and accepted that the cake given to me was stale. The staff called the shop owner and the lady, instead of understanding the reasons she started dictating ther terms and conditions like its written on the bill that THE CAKE HAS TO BE CONSUMED WITHIN IN AN HOUR and other conditions. She even tried to threaten me by asking my address and will see you kind of things. Lady owner doesn’t know how to behave with customer. NEVER BUY CAKES or Any product FROM THESE FAKE, ARROGANT AND FILTHY SHOP. MY EXPERIENCE IS HORRIBLE.

Purchase cake yesterday, the taste was good but they sell old stock like 2 to 3 days old cake to us... Such an unprofessional service and stale food.... Really disappointed by them .. now they have changed the name to Switora.
