Celebrated my son birthday. Though service and food quality was good still I will think 10 times before organizing a party here again. It's not a mistake of the staff there but management need to think about it. 599 per head for 5 items. Very high for any place. Over and above 4000 booking charge which I don't understand anyway . Technically it makes per head cost to 899. Which is beyond my understanding. One person didn't had a food at all and infact we ordered seperately for her as she was jain. Even for her they charged us over and above charge for the seperate single jain order . Though we enjoyed. Food was pretty good and service was fast i will avoid going here again because of high charges. It's not about the money it was all about value for money. Cake was nice but 1600 per kg. Outrageous. And again saying my complain is not against the team there but the management. People will not use your service if the cost is not look after. 3600 for 2 hrs host. U cannot bring your own host. Overall good food but not so good experience

Ordered a Dutch Truffle Bento Cake expecting something close to what was advertised but what i received looked rushed, sloppy, and frankly careless. The frosting was uneven, the writing was messy and poorly done, and the overall presentation was nowhere near the standard shown in their own listing. For a product marketed for “mini celebrations,” this was genuinely embarrassing to put in front of someone. Only after a lot of back-and-forth and unnecessary arguing did they agree to fix it, which they eventually did, but that doesn’t undo the inconvenience or the fact that quality control clearly isn’t a priority here. Customers shouldn’t have to fight to get what they already paid for. Disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend unless you’re prepared to chase them for basic quality.

Absolutely loved my experience at Lavender Café 💜✨ The ambience is super aesthetic and gives total Pinterest vibes—perfect for a chill hangout or a cute date. The highlight for me was their seasonal mango menu 🥭—every bite felt fresh, rich, and full of real mango flavor. The desserts were beautifully presented and tasted even better, especially the pull-me-up dessert which was soft, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. Service was quick and the staff was polite and attentive. Overall, a perfect place if you’re looking for good food, great vibes, and Instagram-worthy moments. Definitely visiting again!

I have been a regular at Lavender and had their Mini Burger, Pink Pasta, Alfredo Pasta, Noodles, Pastries, Momos etc and everytime it had turned out to be delicious. But last Sunday when I went there I ordered Pizza fries and it turned out to be cold! When I told the waiter why it's cold it was reheated in oven and brought back claiming new fries are given but it wasn't as one can easily see the difference! Later on he took it back and insisted to have plain salted fries. Out of courtesy I said yes but what turned out was shocking! As salt almost 3 times was put in the fries as you can see in the image and instead of raising a complain again we had to remove salt with the other hand and eat the fries which was embarassing to say the least. Found strands of a couple of hair in the fries as well. Definitely didn't expect this from Lavender. Disappointing.
