I bought a mango chocolate cake from your shop because the staff recommended it, saying it was very good. But I was not happy with it. The cake didn’t feel fresh, and there was hardly any mango taste. The mango part tasted soggy and overripe. Even the person I gave it to said the same thing. I was expecting better quality.

It used to be good, but now for about a year the quality of the cake has been ruined terribly. It smells so bad, the chocolate has a weird aftertaste and the sponge smells like it's gone bad. And this has not happened just once, i tried their cakes/pastries again after a few months even after this experience but it's still the same situation. No matter which pastry you buy, the problem exists.
