I visited Surati Hotel at Bhuleshwar today with the expectation of enjoying good quality food, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We ordered Masala Dosa, Medu Wada, and a Veg Grilled Sandwich. The Masala Dosa lacked flavor and was soggy rather than crisp. The Medu Wada appeared stale and seemed to have been refried, which affected both taste and texture. The Veg Grilled Sandwich was equally underwhelming, consisting of basic vegetable stuffing between bread slices with minimal seasoning or preparation. Overall, the food quality did not meet expected standards, and the experience was far from satisfactory. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this place to others. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving food quality and freshness.

Located at the market junction, Surti is a budget restaurant to savour food. They have thali, Punjabi, South Indian and their seasonal menu (Undhiyu, Aamras). Tried their aamras puri (₹140) and for the price, it tasted great. If you compare it to a Bhagat Tarachand located opposite to this, you may not find it worthy but considering the price point, it does the job. The place is not very clean and has dim lighting. The service is decent and quick.
