Edward Dosa and Pav Bhaji โ A Legendary Spot for Classic Pav Bhaji Lovers Edward Dosa and Pav Bhaji is a well-known name among street food lovers, especially for those who enjoy rich, buttery, and authentic Mumbai-style Pav Bhaji. Over the years, this place has built a strong reputation for consistent taste, generous portions, and a no-nonsense approach to food. It is a go-to destination for locals and visitors who want to enjoy comforting Indian street food without unnecessary frills. The highlight here is undoubtedly the Pav Bhaji. The bhaji is thick, flavorful, and perfectly mashed, cooked on a large iron tawa with a generous amount of butter. The blend of vegetables, spices, and butter creates a rich, slightly smoky flavor that reflects the traditional street-style preparation. The spice level is well balanced, making it enjoyable for most palates, while still delivering the bold taste pav bhaji lovers expect. The pav is soft, fresh, and well toasted with butter, complementing the bhaji beautifully. Each serving comes with chopped onions, lemon, and extra butter on top, allowing customers to customize the taste according to their preference. The consistency of the bhaji is one of the strongest pointsโneither too watery nor too dryโwhich shows the experience and skill behind its preparation. Apart from pav bhaji, Edward Dosa and Pav Bhaji is also popular for its dosa varieties. The dosas are crisp, well-cooked, and generously filled, making them a good alternative for those who want something different. However, pav bhaji remains the star dish that draws most of the crowd. The ambience is simple and functional, typical of a popular street-food-style eatery. Seating is basic, but the focus here is clearly on food quality rather than dรฉcor. Despite the constant rush, the place is usually clean, and food preparation can be seen openly, which builds trust among customers. Service is quick and efficient. Orders are taken promptly, and food is served hot without long waiting times, even during peak hours. The staff is experienced and handles the crowd well, ensuring a smooth flow despite the popularity of the place. Pricing is reasonable and offers good value for money considering the portion size and taste. Compared to many modern cafรฉs serving pav bhaji at premium prices, Edward Dosa and Pav Bhaji delivers authentic flavor at a fair cost, making it accessible to everyone. Historically, places like Edward Dosa and Pav Bhaji represent the true spirit of Indian street food cultureโsimple ingredients, skilled cooking, and a loyal customer base built over years of trust. Many regular customers associate this place with late-night cravings, family outings, and food memories that bring people back again and again. Overall, Edward Dosa and Pav Bhaji is a must-visit for anyone who truly appreciates classic pav bhaji. It offers rich taste, consistent quality, quick service, and a nostalgic street-food experience. If you are craving buttery, flavorful pav bhaji that stays true to its roots, this place will not disappoint. ๐ถ๏ธ๐ง

Visited for the first time and wasnโt sure what to try, so I went with a fusion of their two items in their name-Pav Bhaji Dosa! The bhaji was served piping hot and tasted decent. Also tried the plain dosa, which was definitely good. The hygiene isโฆ.. letโs say, adventurous. I tried my best to ignore the it and took comfort in the fact that so many people were happily hogging around me. I am keen to try more items in the future.

Amazing place if you are a South Indian food lover. Must visit place. Fun fact - Their Jain mysore masala dosa tastes way different than their regular mysore masala dosa.
