26 years ago had visited this place with a few students....

26 years ago had visited this place with a few students. There were no soft drinks but they got it for us graciously. And I walked out later and reached Mahim..only to realise that I had forgotten to pay them. Call it fate.. but I never got a chance to visit again. Today after 26 years I visited them.. had their pudlas with students.. reminded them of an old unpaid debt. and gave them a token of Rs 200 extra. They were amazed but that is called humanity... Good fresh pudlas. Had gone on a weekday @ 7.30 p.m. and the moongdal pudlas was unavailable. So ate the normal pudla was cooked right in front of us. It aas fresh, hot & tasty and was accompanied by chopped onion, three chutneys- sweet, green & garlic.. We didn't like the Tomato pudla which seemed to be uncooked. I didn't understand the logic behind the slice of bread with each pudla. Only problem is hygiene. Must try when in Zaveri Bazar
