Pathetic product used only 4-5 times in last 6 months for inflating tyres and now it's stopped working. Customer Service is pathetic neither they answer calls nor they revert over what's app They are looting customers with cheap quality products

Very Poor After-Sales Support I purchased a pressure washer from this brand in May 2025 through Amazon with a 1-year warranty. The machine has been used only 7–8 times for normal household purposes. Within less than a year, the pressure output became weak and the auto-cut function stopped working. When I contacted them for warranty support, instead of arranging proper service, they asked me to open the internal pump assembly myself, clean and grease it, and reassemble the machine. As a customer, I am not technically trained to dismantle internal components, and this could also void the warranty. They also asked me to courier the machine to Mumbai at my own expense without clearly confirming whether the issue would be treated as a manufacturing defect. Very disappointed with both the product durability and the warranty support process. Customers should clearly understand their service terms before purchasing.
