1. Does not treat customers well. Speaking from 3 years of experience studying in Xavier's. The guy has a monopoly over Xavier's study material and hence does not treat students very well. 2. Had an incident with him where he denied to provide me with an invoice for my calculator purchase. When I insisted on it, he said that I'll have to pay additional taxes which amounted to more than the printed M.R.P.

Really good bookstore, especially for college students around the area. It's perfect. The staff is fast to attend and solves any queries about the books. They even answer calls and answer questions in a polite and professional manner unlike most bookstores who tell you to come to the bookstore and see for yourself.
