Hi, I had opted for the ₹3,000 hydrating Moroccan hair spa by Nausbad on MAY 2nd 2026 I had mentioned at the salon itself that my hair felt unusually oily after the treatment, but I was told it was normal. After washing my hair two days later, it became very dry and frizzy, and I also developed painful scalp boils. I’ve already shared my doctor’s prescription and medical receipts as well. I appreciate your polite response so far, but it has been over a week since I requested a refund. I hope this can be resolved amicably and that proper precautions are taken to avoid this happening with other clients. Otherwise, I may have to take this matter further legally.
