Very disappointing experience at Envi Salon, Juhu, especially considering the prices they charge and the “luxury” image they project. The washroom hygiene was extremely poor ,there was a strong unpleasant smell, which is honestly unacceptable for a premium salon. The therapists constantly seemed to be in a rush. A manicure and pedicure are supposed to feel relaxing, but everything felt hurried and careless. My sister repeatedly requested the therapist during her foot massage to be gentler because it was becoming painful, but there was barely any sensitivity towards client comfort. During my manicure, the therapist herself had long coffin nails, which kept poking into my skin while massaging my hands. It felt uncomfortable, unhygienic, and extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, there was constant disturbance from a child screaming, running around the salon, and loudly watching reels throughout the service. It completely ruined the atmosphere. High prices alone do not create a luxury experience ,professionalism, hygiene, attentiveness, and respect for client comfort do.Why are the therapists always in a rush, pls give appointments according to the therapists schedule then instead of the client’s .. Honestly, we feel stuck because we’ve already taken a membership, but the service quality has been consistently underwhelming for the amount being charged.
