Terrible experience at this grooming parlor. The groomers were extremely rough with my dog and were holding him tight by his chin and yelling at him to “shut up” because he was uncomfortable. The worst groomers I’ve ever been to and if you care about your pets safety and wellbeing, I highly recommend not stepping foot inside.
