REGUS IS MISLEADING CUSTOMERS !!! We had one of the worst experiences with Regus Juhu, and I’m writing this review so that no new business or startup goes through what we did. Initially, we visited Regus Andheri, but didn’t find the staff cooperative. Later, we moved to Regus Juhu, where the receptionist Neelam Magoria was often unavailable even during working hours. We dealt with Abhilasha Adhikari over the phone — who was polite in the beginning, but her behavior completely changed once we proceeded with the agreement. From day one, we clearly mentioned that our sole purpose of taking this virtual office was for company registration and GST registration. Abhilasha completely agreed to this, and we proceeded based on that assurance. However, after signing, Regus failed to provide the proper documentation needed for registration. The utility bill and the address on the virtual office agreement did not match, and when we raised this, they gave us another agreement between Regus and a third-party landlord — which was legally useless for MCA registration. When we submitted these documents to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), our application was resubmitted and rejected, stating that virtual office addresses are not permitted for registration. This clearly shows that Regus misled us into believing it was possible. We also faced continuous unprofessional and rude behavior from Neelam, who even demanded personal documents like a marriage certificate (which our lawyer later confirmed was unnecessary). She was often unavailable, inflexible with timings, and extremely discourteous. We sent multiple formal complaint emails to Regus India, including senior management (Salil Shukla, etc.), and even attached MCA’s resubmission comment, but nobody ever replied. This silence itself shows how they treat customers after taking payment. We have now terminated our agreement and will not be making any further payments, as the service did not meet its stated purpose. We believe Regus is misleading customers by selling virtual offices for company registration when they know MCA does not allow it. Please be very cautious if you are a startup or a small business trying to register your company — do not waste your money or time with Regus. We are now moving forward with a proper physical office for our company, and I am grateful that MCA did not accept this address — because our experience with Regus was extremely disappointing from the start. Regus Juhu and their team have been completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and misleading. I strongly advise others to avoid them. Attached is the screenshots of emails sent to them.
