Purpose: Attestation of documents from Govt of India and chinese embassy. I am glad that my degree certificate landed in 1 piece atleast(after exactly 36 days) after having these idiots carelessly folding it over and over. Very painful experience with the staff. Donot know what they are doing and although they try to be courteous, one can make out that they have no interest in entertaining you. Had to pay 8000 rupees for a job that could have been done for lesser money. No courtesy to tell you whereabouts of your own documents. One star doesn't justify my anger. I would probably give them nothing if that were an option.

Stories of arrests of tourists inspite of correct documents..Swagatam Travels, Mumbai misguided us regarding our transit visa and we were almost arrested at Bangkok airport in Dec.2016. Instead of an apology Swagatam Travels accused us of blackmail. Such agencies create huge problems for innocent tourists. Proper scrutiny needed of such agencies by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
