Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Urban Ladder Juhu Branch! A special thanks to Samiksha for her exceptional customer service, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire furniture selection process. Her attention to detail, product knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across a team like Samiksha and Harsh that is so dedicated to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend visiting the Juhu branch if you are looking for quality furniture along with outstanding service. Samiksha and Harsh truly made the experience memorable!

Ordered a shoe rack & bed from @UrbanLadder Juhu on 16 Apr...
Ordered a shoe rack & bed from @UrbanLadder Juhu on 16 Apr (delivery promised 30 Apr). Got the shoe rack in the WRONG colour—much lighter than what was shown. Refusing pickup, replacement, or refund. Only offering store credit for THEIR mistake? Bed still not delivered, app still shows 30 Apr. No proactive update—I had to chase to be told “maybe end-May.” 2 weeks of daily follow-ups with no practive updated. Zero accountability. @UrbanLadder senior management—this is unacceptable. Fix this NOW.
