Great apartment complex with well sized apartments which are all very well lit. Amenities and facilities are state of the art and well kept. The camaraderie amongst the residents is solid and I have made some of my best friends living in this apartment complex.

We are a apartment complex amidst the hustle bustle of Business District @LowerParel. We are here since 2006 July. We are four different buildings (in reality) actually in one corridor cross with 6 elevtors and 24 by 7 for 365 round the clock if housekeeping and security. Our campus is the best as we are the most sustainable complex in South Mumbai. We have a pond with filtration machine attached. There's biodiversity as we have the maximum number of trees. We also do recycling of our garbage after the segregation daily at individual flat level. Just come and enjoy and see as live with us.

We've moved here recently, and can fairly say that the building and its amenities have met our expectations. Open spaces and amenities for kids, elderly and others alike. Comparatively bigger flats, and well maintained garden, podium, equipped gym, spa, sporting facilities, and many other amenities. Excellent security initiatives that make us feel secure. A serene space in the midst of the Mumbai hustle, a hidden wonder.
