Just called to enquire about the eye checkup charges and the receptionist disconnected the call as soon as I said I’d confirm the appointment in some time and didn’t even let me finish my sentence. So I called again and told them I don’t want the appointment anymore and disconnected as I had read the feedback earlier and thought people might just be writing random negative things, but now it seems those reviews were actually true lol.
