BE AWARE !!!! BE AWARE !!!! BE AWARE !!!! Unhygienic, inaccurate results, and dangerous negligence. I had an appalling experience at Max Labs and would strongly advise others to go elsewhere. My experience was a series of red flags from start to finish: Zero Hygiene: The facility was filthy. The bathroom provided for the urine sample was disgusting and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. This is a medical lab, not a bus station; cleanliness should be the bare minimum. Inaccurate & Dangerous Reporting: They issued a report showing an infection level above 200+, which my doctor immediately flagged as suspicious because I had zero symptoms. I took a second test at a different lab, which confirmed no infection. When I brought this to Max Labs' attention, they were arrogant and refused to admit any error. Gross Negligence: Three days later when i called them for the report then only they told me my culture test was "contaminated" and I had to re-test. After the second sample, they provided another elevated report, but it was back-dated, making it clear they simply recycled the old, incorrect data instead of actually running the test. Lack of Ethics: If my doctor had treated me based on their false 200+ infection report, I would have been on unnecessary, heavy medication. Despite multiple calls, the staff showed zero empathy and complete arrogance. They seem to think the "MAX" brand name excuses them from basic medical ethics and accuracy. Total lack of professionalism. They are playing with people's lives.
