An exceptional spa experience every time. I have been a loyal member for the past 5 years and the consistency in service is truly impressive. The massage therapies are highly professional, deeply relaxing and performed by skilled therapists who understand pressure and technique perfectly. The ambience is elegant, calm and very well maintained with excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene. What stands out the most is the courteous and well-trained staff who always make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Without a doubt one of the best spa experiences in Juhu. Highly recommended.

Such a horrible experience. Booked a couples massage for 90mins. In the first 10mins my masseuse feels sick and requested me to excuse her for a bit. I was ok with it... She comes back after 15-20mins.. resumes my massage for about 5mins and she again requests to excuse herself and she asked if someone else could take over. I was still okay with that. The lady who was supposed to take over took so long to just come back to the room. And once she got in, she was so rude, and says "I have only 30mins for you, do you want it or no?" And I was taken aback with that tone, like are you serious? First of all, y'all are making the staff work when they are ill, you want to cut down my time that we agreed on, and if 90mins wasn't possible atleast you could have informed right at the beginning. I get a response saying we are understaff and what not .. all this in under the first 30mins. Never gonna go back here.

This was my first time at Yuan Thai Juhu Tara Road. Jennie, my therapist, was absolutely amazing with the massage with the right amount of pressure with the Swedish Oil massage. The ambience is calming. I highly recommend Yuan Thai for a relaxing and destressing experience.

Amazing experience The Thai spa offered a very relaxing atmosphere and the therapists were highly skilled. The traditional Thai massage relieved all my body stiffness. Definitely worth it
