The cake, Snacks and cookies, I received did not taste fresh and appeared to have deteriorated in quality, making it unpleasant to consume. As a customer, I expect bakery products to be prepared, stored, and served with proper hygiene and care, but my experience raised serious concerns. When I reported the issue, I did not receive a satisfactory response, which further added to my disappointment. Food safety and product freshness should never be compromised, as they directly impact customer health and trust. Based on my personal experience, I would advise customers to carefully evaluate product quality before making a purchase.

Amidst all the chaos, it's comforting to know that Merwans has the most important part covered: the cake. This time, we picked the Chocolate To Kill Cake, and it absolutely lived up to its name. Layers of chocolate sponge were paired with rich Dutch truffle, white truffle, and a combination of dark and white mousse, creating a decadent chocolate experience from the first bite to the last. The sponge was soft and moist, the mousse added a light, velvety texture, and the contrasting dark and white chocolate flavours struck a perfect balance of richness and sweetness. On 27 th May via WhatsApp number on call on message and Gpay,i ordered one 1 kg.blue berry cake for 28th May specially for Birthday from Merwan's Cake shop near TBZ, Borivali West, person from Shop assured me that said cake will be available at 10 a.m. on 28th May so I booked porter around 12.30 p.m to pickup cake and called Shop,the franchise owner was on call he said me rudely that no order received so I send him bill copy after that he said his employee had not forwarded Blue berry cake order to the co., you have to take 2 half kg.cake or one flavour 1 kg. Cake so for that I had to pay additional 200 Rs ,i was choiceless at that moment so i have to take another flavour cake,my porter payment was also wested,Due mismanagement from the Shop I had to bear 200+Rs.loss and shopkeeper rude behaviour was like it was mistake from me
