My first time going here for sonography and it has been the worst experience ever. I wish i had gone else where by paying more instead of this place consisting of unprofessional staff. 1.The staff called me within 10mins for sonography while i hadn't had enough water for the reports to be clear. 2. The doctor asked was starting sonography while the female staff who was promised to be accompanying all time was leaving out the door. 3. They wrote my name as "Mrs" instead of "Miss" despite mentioning it twice that i am unmarried. Any educated person would know big of an impact a sonography report makes in a gynac's room with this detail of whether you are married or not and still making this mistake is so irresponsible. 4. When i went to collect my report today, the staff stated they handed my report to someone else earlier in the day though I or anyone i know never went to take it. This was peak unprofessionalism and i am never going back here for any reports. I have lost trust in this diagnostic centre.

Very Bad Staff there is no system of the appointment over the phone, when we reached the clinic, they asked us to make the payment first and then issued a new number based on availability. The front desk staff was also very unprofessional and did not know how to speak to patients properly. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
