I am writing this to express my serious concern regarding the hygiene standards at Ghaswala Dairy Fresh. During my visit today, I noticed a significant amount of black dust/particles in the milk. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member at the milk counter, they dismissively remarked that 'some debris is expected in milk' and attempted to merely push the dust aside using the measuring unit rather than filtering the milk properly. Even after returning home, the particles remained, making the milk unsuitable for consumption. A dairy business has a responsibility to provide clean, filtered products. Dismissing hygiene concerns is unprofessional and a health risk. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements better filtering and safety protocols immediately

Tried the ras malai here yesterday and honestly it was very disappointing. The “ras” tasted like plain sweet water with almost no richness or flavor at all. For ₹65 per piece, the quality was nowhere near worth the price. Other sweet shops serve much better ras malai for almost half the price. Expected premium taste for a premium price, but this was a complete letdown.absolutely waste of money dont try this ever
