Cheats, they will handover the car and stop responding to your queries and always ask to connect with chat support, before delivery they will go miles to make you purchase the car, post purchase they will deny their own promises. Purchased one car in May and still chasing for pending work in the car, mostly the other reviews are paid, or they were plain lucky.

Visited Cars24 looking for a used car within a ₹10 lakh budget. Instead of showing available cars or understanding my requirements, the manager insisted on checking my CIBIL score first. I wasn't even shown proper vehicle options. The sales team appeared completely uninterested in helping a serious buyer. One of the poorest customer experiences I've had while car shopping. Customers come to see cars, not to be pushed into a credit check before any discussion. Very disappointing Cars24 should invest in training its sales team and managers on customer engagement and consultative selling. A customer walking in with a budget and intent to buy should be shown vehicles first not treated as a loan application before the conversation even begins Lost a potential customer within minutes because nobody seemed interested in selling a car. Avoided wasting any more of my time and walked out.
