Very poor refund and customer service experience. At the time of cancellation, I was assured that my refund would be processed within 10–15 days. However, the refund is still pending, and repeated emails and calls have either been ignored or met with inconsistent responses. The lack of transparency and accountability has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this institution.👎
