Our patient was admitted under Dr.veena shinde a day prior to the given date, yet she received no treatment or check-up until much later. Her sonography report indicated a decreased water level, but despite this concerning finding, she was not given any IV fluids or glucose. Instead, the doctor pressured her to undergo a C-section surgery. When the patient and relatives insisted on a normal delivery, the doctor finally agreed but delayed treatment until the next afternoon. Consequently, the baby was delivered in the evening. Furthermore, after the baby was delivered, the doctor did not inform anyone about the necessity of shifting the baby to the NICU. Instead, an ambulance was called on the spot, and the baby was transferred to another hospital recommended by the doctor, which incurred exorbitant costs. In addition to the medical issues, the conditions of the hospital room were appalling. The room and washroom were in a terrible state of cleanliness, and it seemed as though flats had been converted into hospital rooms without proper facilities. The staff appeared uninformed and unprofessional, further exacerbating the already distressing situation. The overall charges were excessively high, and it felt as though the hospital was exploiting patients during their vulnerable times. This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful for our family. I request an immediate review of the services provided and appropriate actions taken to address these serious issues. Patients deserve to receive timely, professional, and compassionate care, especially during such critical times.
