Arrogant owners. Especially the son of the owner is upfront boastful and rude. A very selfish and proud boy to run a family business. When we went to buy from them, they were so so sweet and nice but later on when we had some problem in the jewelry, the owner's son was rudest and behaved as if we are some beggers who are troubling him. He was showing so much anger on his employees and talking rudely about us in his native language. Totally horrible experience.
