● The entry has been shifted to the right, which is inconvenient since the mall entrance is still on the left. ● The staff at the entry counter insisted on keeping my empty bag with them instead of simply locking it, which wasted my time. I prefer transferring groceries directly into my big bag at the billing counter, but now I have to move them twice....first to their cart, then from cart to my bag. ● The dry fruits counter is almost always unattended. In my last three visits, no one was there. I end up skipping purchases worth around ₹2k each time. clearly their loss. ● The newly arranged checkout counters are inconvenient and poorly visible. Most people don’t even realize there are 2nd and 3rd counters in the same row. ● The new billing staff are super slow and seem unskilled to handle large crowds efficiently. ● More than half of the billing counters are closed. ● The bazaar has gone from good to worst in the last few years ever since they shifted the entrance. The floors are dirty. Flour section was a complete mess. ●Kindly bring back the old star bazaar management idk.
