Absolutely terrible experience. One of the worst gaming café visits I’ve ever had. I went there with my friends to play FIFA, and from the moment we walked in, it felt like we were completely unwelcome. The staff couldn’t care less, no greeting, no guidance, nothing. We stood around awkwardly waiting for someone to assist us, and even after repeatedly trying to get their attention, they acted like helping us was some kind of inconvenience. It honestly felt like they were doing us a favor instead of providing a paid service. Things only got worse once we started playing. The controllers were in pathetic condition, constantly disconnecting and turning off mid game. It completely ruined the experience. It genuinely felt like they were using worn out, second hand equipment that hasn’t been maintained in ages. Because of this, we lost a significant portion of our actual gameplay time, which we paid for. And just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, it did. With around 15 minutes still left on our session, the person in charge abruptly told us to stop playing because “there’s another booking.” The funny part? The place was practically empty. No one was waiting. No one showed up. Yet we were forced to leave early for absolutely no valid reason. Zero professionalism, zero customer service, and absolutely no respect for customers’ time or money. The whole experience felt disorganized, careless, and honestly quite insulting. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.
