My Experience as a Tenant: Severe Mismanagement and Water Crisis - I have lived here as a tenant for over a year, and it has been a highly frustrating experience due to severe water mismanagement. Water shortages occur every few months and last for days. Instead of proactive planning, updates are inconsistent, and residents are routinely left without water for 10–12 hours at a stretch. Basic necessities are ignored; for instance, water was cut overnight just to host a Holi festival rain dance the next morning.The root cause appears to be severe internal conflict between the old and new management committees. The current committee blames the previous one instead of taking responsibility (they'll behave and show as if there's no issue but I have spoken to some of flat owners here who have themselves admitted that there is a huge conflict within the society members due to which all the mismanagement happens). This political infighting leads to massive confusion, poor decision-making, and an absolute inability to handle basic utility crisis. Tenants who raise concerns are dismissed as immature and naive or told to leave.This complex is wrongly marketed as a "premium" society. A premium property is defined by competent management, transparency, and crisis handling—not just basic amenities. They only encourage tenant's participation during festival celebrations and other society events and ask for monetary contributions. Rest of the times, during water crisis, tenants are not given much information and told, "Don't become a water warden". The only positive aspect is the physical infrastructure. The builder created a beautiful, spacious property, but good construction cannot compensate for broken management. I strongly advise prospective residents to do thorough due diligence before renting or purchasing a flat here- it might save your precious time and money.
