I ordered Veg Korean Schezvan Rice, the taste was amazing and portion size is sufficient for 1. Good place for Chinese lovers. Limited variety for vegetarians though.

Very disappointing experience at Fat Kong, Jogeshwari West. Despite specifically requesting a simple meal modification for a child, the staff completely ignored the request. When dining with children, basic customer requests should be taken seriously, but unfortunately that was not the case here. What was even more concerning was the noticeable decline in food quality. The food lacked the freshness and taste that Fat Kong was once known for. Portions and presentation were below expectations, and the overall dining experience felt far from the standards the restaurant used to maintain. Cleanliness has also deteriorated significantly. The dining area and overall upkeep gave an impression of poor maintenance and lack of attention to hygiene, which is unacceptable for any restaurant. This used to be a place I would happily recommend, but after this visit, I am extremely disappointed. Management needs to urgently address customer service, food quality, and cleanliness before more loyal customers are lost.

I was quite disappointed with the food here. The taste was very bland and lacked flavor, which was unexpected. Considering the prices, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, the food felt overpriced for what was served. I hope the management works on improving the taste and overall value for money

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff lacks basic courtesy and speaks to customers as if they’re doing us a favor by serving food, which is completely unacceptable. I ordered crispy threaded chicken online, and when I asked for the usual sauces & condiments that are normally provided free when dining in the person on the call was incredibly rude and insisted I pay extra offline just to get them. What made it worse was the attitude: dismissive, arrogant, and disrespectful. On top of that, the food quality has clearly gone downhill over time. If a restaurant can’t respect its guests, it doesn’t deserve their business. You’re better off eating at a roadside stall where prices are lower and customers are treated with basic decency. Definitely not ordering from here again.
