I feel terrible writing this review and rating of 2/5. Cos when you look at what makes a good chicken biryani, all elements were in place and the effort in packaging was simply outstanding. The Biryani rice - nice, pieces cooked - well cooked, pieces quality - very nice, was there biryani masala along with rice - yes lots in true Bombay Biryani style, was it fresh and had dum feeling- yes, to an extent. Then what is the issue. No taste and high on salt. The intention of the restaurant and makers is 100% there but where is the final taste? that's why cooking is an art, not science. a few things not put or over put can change the dimension of taste. I recommend add tejpatta and pls add Kevra water. Without these two essential ingredients you aren't cooking that yummy biryani we all wish we had ordered from some Khaansama. Hope the owners are reading this and make their Biryani upto speed. Can make out from the effort that the core team really cares. So i too hope u get ur act in place and do well now onwards. Pranay
