I am disappointed with my experience at this parlour. I paid for a Hydra Facial for ₹ 2000/- expecting visible results, but I did not notice any improvement in my skin after the treatment. What was more frustrating was being repeatedly told that other issues needed attention, such as my eyebrow growth and hairs on my face which felt more like a sales strategy to encourage additional services rather than focusing on the treatment I had paid for. I expected professional advice and honest recommendations, but instead felt pressured into spending more money. So i paid her 150 for it. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service and hope the management focuses more on customer satisfaction and genuine results.
