Had an appointment which was confirmed and I landed up at...
Had an appointment which was confirmed and I landed up at the given time. Was told to wait for half an hour for no reason and when I showed that I was upset , they asked me who gave you the confirmation. No apology no courtesy. I was just made to wait without explanation. When I finally left , they still did not bother. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
