Extremely disappointing experience. The owner was very unprofessional and lacked basic manners while dealing with customers. Things that were promised and committed during the booking were completely different from what was actually provided on the day of the celebration. There was a clear lack of transparency and accountability. Instead of honoring commitments, excuses were given, leaving us frustrated and dissatisfied. Customer service was poor, and concerns were not handled respectfully. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable venue for their special occasions. If you choose to book here, make sure to get every commitment in writing, as verbal promises may not be fulfilled. Very poor experience overall.
