The services provided by them has gone down for sure. I have had two bad experiences this year with them ! 1. The water filter AMC of 12 months , has reduced to 3 services instead of 4 after signing the contract.. so why call it a yearly service then ?? They have no answer to that . !! 2. I hired them for AC service for 3 split ac + 1 window ac . The Window ac , after servicing he says motor is not working . So paid to change the motor , Ac started making a loud weird sound after new motor was fixed .. so I was told thats how window ac makes a noise and it will stop after few days. It never stopped and the ac still doesn’t work . As the motor was not needed or something else was needed or maybe ac was meant to be discarded. But this service agency thought they could make more money from a non working Ac. They either have bad servicing staff or it’s just money making tactics. . Most service providers are same Nowdays . Sadly Mr Jagdish ( the owner ) is no better. He also never calls back or answer the phone . I had to call him from two different numbers to get to him. And he said will call back with a solution. Hasn’t called till date. Kindly never take their Sevices of any kind they are not trustworthy !!
