My experience with DM has been a nightmare. Abhishek Nair, the salesperson who enrolled us, provided false information and then left the company. Since then, I have been trying to get assistance from Jayanti, who is based in Hyderabad and is supposedly in charge of my case. I have been waiting for a response since 21st May. Every time I reach out, I only receive a message saying, "I will call back," but no one ever does. Today is 22nd June, and I still haven't received a single call or any meaningful communication. The complete lack of accountability, customer service, and follow-up has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before dealing with this company.

Ag-49307 Hi, I am Dr. Faisal Shaikh, a Physiotherapist who trusted your company with my dream of working in Germany. Mr. Abid clearly assured me that German was not required and promised 10 interviews with a job by December 2025. Based on those repeated assurances, I paid ₹1,18,000 of my hard-earned money. Just two months after enrolling, I was told the complete opposite — that German is mandatory and no one would even consider my profile without it. That is exactly what I had asked before paying, and I was misled. It has now been 8 months and not a single interview has been scheduled. Calling this a “service-based agreement” after giving false promises is unacceptable. I feel cheated and mentally harassed. Refund my full amount immediately, or I will file a formal complaint and take strict legal action.

DM Consultancy is very misleading. They are strong in marketing and sales but make unrealistic, “fairy-tale” promises that are not delivered. We paid ₹1,00,000 in June 2025 for PR services. Till date, not even 20% of the promised work has been completed. Every time we follow up, they come back with new requirements instead of progressing with the work already agreed upon. Their staff appears unclear about the process and requirements, repeatedly asking for the same or new information, which feels like unnecessary delay and time-passing. There is a clear lack of planning, ownership, and execution. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to not waste their money on DM Consultancy for PR services.
