I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Mushir Siddiqui for the exceptional care and support he provided throughout my treatment. I first reached out to him at around 10:30 PM during a very difficult situation, when I had suffered a fracture in my little finger. Despite the late hour, he did not hesitate to respond or ask me to wait until morning. Instead, he patiently listened to my concerns, understood the severity of my condition, and guided me with complete professionalism and empathy. From the very next day, when I visited him for my appointment, he explained my condition—multiple fractures in my pinky finger—in a very clear and reassuring manner. He walked me through the entire treatment process, including the need for surgery, and made sure I was well-informed and comfortable at every step. All the necessary formalities were handled smoothly, making the entire experience stress-free for me. The surgery was carried out successfully, and even post-surgery, Dr. Siddiqui continued to provide outstanding care. During every follow-up session, he took the time to explain my recovery progress and guided me in detail on the physiotherapy exercises required for proper healing. His dedication, professionalism, and compassionate approach truly made a significant difference in my recovery journey.
