Fraud shop बहुत खराब अनुभव। मैंने Digi Hub / Vivo Hindi Hub, Goregaon West (City Centre के पास) से POCO M7 Pro 5G खरीदा और फोन में शुरू से ही video volume / speaker issue निकला। जब शिकायत लेकर गया तो staff ने problem सुनने के बजाय बेहद रूखा और गैर-जिम्मेदाराना व्यवहार किया। सीधा बोल दिया: “हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते, आपको पहले चेक करना चाहिए था।” फोन बेचने तक सब अच्छा व्यवहार करते हैं, लेकिन sale के बाद customer support zero है। Problem आने पर कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेते और customer को ही blame करते हैं. मेरी सलाह: इस दुकान से खरीदने से पहले 100 बार सोचें। Payment करने से पहले फोन का हर feature thoroughly check करें, वरना बाद में कोई मदद नहीं मिलेगी. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. ⚠️

Dont buy mobile cell phone from this shop its fraud.. I have buy vivo x100 i am ready to pay full cash but they do idfc finance. I have submitted all necessary documents but my last 3 ecs was bounced and they charge rs. 950 for ecs bounce charges even though i have sufficient balance in my bank account. I go to the shop but they dont provide any help they directly give me the address of Andheri east office address.. This very bad service.. Pls be careful this shop is fraud.
