I was excited about joining The Evening Mile of South Bombay at the ExtraMile India Curated Walktours because one is hardly a tourist in one's own city. And it turned out to be such a good decision because the experience was extremely insightful and fun. The walk tour was very well-planned and on time. Tanmay shared in detail deep facets of every place visited; his narration entailed stories of the Erstwhile Bombay, the current relevance and status. He deftly switched into English, Hindi, Marathi to cater to his audience and used wit and humour which made the walk and talk refreshing. Leena, as his resourceful partner, ensured that the arrangements were in place and made us very comfortable, providing snippets of the places from her end too. All in all, a great experience and worth recommending!

Went on an Evening Mile walk yesterday, with Tanmay Wagle. Started at Flora Fountain,down Veer Nariman road, to Horniman Circle. Visited the St Thomas Cathedral after a very long time...Around the small area of the historic Fort precint . Had mawa cake at the iconic Yazdani bakery, bun maska chai at the historic Irani Military Cafe n sandwich icecream at the all time favourite K Rustoms. Tanmay has the gift of the gab, n recounted history in a very interesting n humorous manner
