Taking 97 percent full amount and after rera possession date the possession is not given. No response from HR like kamal dugal The purchaser is facing heavy financial crunch but only left option to keep crying or fighting in court. So better to invest money in ready to move project.

⭐ 1 Star – Worst Builder Experience of My Life (Avant Heritage) Buying a home in Avant Heritage has been the biggest mistake of my life. I purchased an under-construction flat in 2023. As per RERA, possession was promised in September 2025, while the builder committed May 2025. Today it’s February 2025, and every single day they say “soft possession in a few days” — the same lie on repeat with zero accountability. But delays are just the start. At the time of sale, the sales team guaranteed lifetime open views, only for Avant to start constructing another building right in front of our flat — completely blocking the view. This is nothing but mis-selling and deception. The sales and CRM teams are full of false promises. From day one, my buying journey has been pathetic, mentally exhausting, and filled with half-truths and broken commitments. The so-called “premium” standards are laughable: Lobby height is shockingly low — older buildings look more premium than this. Flat was sold as Vastu compliant, but professional Vastu analysis showed only 20% compliance. Construction quality and planning are far below expectations for a brand like Avant. This builder clearly prioritizes sales over honesty and delivery. Once they get your money, you’re left chasing timelines, clarity, and basic transparency. ⚠️ Strong warning: If you value peace of mind, transparency, and getting what you’re promised — stay away from Avant Heritage. This is not a premium builder experience, it’s a premium nightmare.

After sales service is very poor. Shivkumari the sales person did everything to convince to buy property but after purchase no commitment fulfilled. They promise car parking space even after 1 year of possession no parking space is allotted. Staff is incapable and developer is not bothered to resolve the issue. Strongly advise do not buy property in avant group.

I am a resident of this worst project. The positive reviews are done through sales executive to increase the rating and mislead new buyers. Do buy a property in this project if you want to loose your mental peace. Construction quality is very poor. Lifts stops working in every 2 days. Security cameras are not working and Avant team is not responding to residents queries. The biggest con is leakage and it will piss you off. The staff is unprofessional. Parking space has been converted to sales office without any consent from residents. Car was flooded is last monsoon due to no drainage. Please save your hard earned money and save yourself from harassment.
