The entire procedure was handled professionally, with clear communication at every step, which made the process much less stressful. A special mention to Akruti, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout. She ensured that all documentation was accurate, guided me properly whenever I had doubts, and kept me updated regularly. Her support and attention to detail made a significant difference. Dear Reshma & team We are back from our 11 night trip of Japan! Thank you and your team for the wonderful arrangements (Air, Hotels, Visas) made. Not only were the properties amazing, but their locations (extremely well connected ) made the experience even better! I especially want to call out the Shinagawa, Prince Hotel, Tokyo, which had everything that a family could want, a 24 hr convenience store , a mall, a huge aquarium and an amazing dolphin Park, all in one complex ! I also want to thank Krutika for patiently accommodating the many requests we had, and for the constant support extended,during those crucial & anxious moments while we were waiting for our visas. Your responsiveness and reassurance made a big difference. Overall, the trip was very well planned and executed, and we truly appreciate the effort your team put in to make this a smooth and memorable experience for our family.
