Seafood lovers this is ‘The Best’ experience you will ever have. Lots of options in appetisers and the seafood is fresh and cooked to perfection. Tried their Singaporean Crab it was lip-smackingly good. Their pomfret and prawns dishes are also lovely. Quantity and portions are good.

I’m baffled by the popularity of this place. The garlic butter crab was decent, but that was about it. The biryani was lukewarm, the butter chicken tasted more like sweat than usual, and the Bombay duck was nothing special. Despite these shortcomings, the place is clearly popular, as you can feel the rush to seat the next customer. This place was highly recommended, but it didn’t live up to the hype.

Absolutely Amazing Seafood, Really nice food but quite pricey. Must visit if you’re in the area and want to have some seafood. We visited for dinner and spent 2.5k per head. Here are our recommendations: Tiger butter garlic prawn 10/10 MUST HAVE Pomphret ghee roast - 9/10 can try the prawn ghee roast as well Neer dosa - really good Appam - this was a miss, not as good as Kerala Appam Coorg promphet curry - A really nice coriander based curry to have with rice or bread

Excellent Seafood restaurant in Mumbai. A very old mangalorian style seafood restaurant which also offers other non veg and veg dishes. Food quality is exceptional. Very tasty food with least spices. Portions are quite sufficient. Must try Butter Garlic Prawns and Butter Garlic Crab here. Also, Pomfret, Surmai, Bombil (Bombay Duck), crabs, lobsters are very very good and very tasty. Do not miss out chicken Makhani (Butter Chicken). One of the finest butter chicken I had in years. Service is very quick, servers are very polite and helpful. Seating capacity is less (26 tables, max 100 guests) and restaurant is always full. So, make sure you book table in advance before coming to Trishna for Lunch or dinner.

Without doubt one of the best seafood joints of Mumbai. We had their best selling ‘crab butter garlic’ which is always awesome. This time we also tried the Hyderabadi rawas tikka suggested by our steward. With subtle tastes of masala this was great too! Didn’t have space for any dessert. Prices are on the higher side and so is the experience.
