I did my MRI test on 15th May.. I have very worst experience.. they couldn't share my final reports even after 18 hrs has been passed. Their MRI machine sounds like horror movies. No proper sitting arrangements and chairs are provided. No. Emergency room is available. For them you are one body you are not human..i am helpless against the center

My father-in-law had an MRI done on Saturday morning. On Monday afternoon, they called and said the MRI results were not clear/proper. The staff is extremely unprofessional, the equipment is poor, and the service is terrible. I strongly suggest not going to this place.

Worst experience at Pulse.Never ever Go The staff is unprofessional, poorly informed, and insensitive—especially toward senior citizens. We were quoted ₹6,000 for a test, but after 10 hours of fasting, we were asked to pay ₹10,000. No prior clarification was given. They also failed to inform us about the post-lunch test timing in advance and later refused to take a blood sample at 3 PM, saying the collection van comes only once a day—again, not communicated earlier. This kind of mismanagement and lack of transparency in healthcare is unacceptable. Strongly not recommended.
