‼️🚨 Extremely disturbing experience. While collecting a CT scan report, the receptionist displayed aggressive and abusive behavior, escalating into a physical altercation with patients. This is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting where basic respect and safety should be guaranteed. What’s more concerning is that when the incident was being recorded, another staff member intervened only to remove him from view, rather than address the misconduct—raising serious concerns about accountability and management. Such behavior severely damages patient trust and reflects poorly on the facility’s standards. Neve ever recommend to anyone 👎🏻
