The driver was good and the bus was clean and comfortable. The only issue was with the price. The owner first agreed at a price and then on the way he called and asked to pay more and argued that he thought it was same day return journey. We had booked a bus for panchgani which was 8 hours journey one side from mumbai. Its very obvious that we wont come back the same day. But he went on arguing and took more money to drop us back to mumbai the next day.
