Worst place and extremely rude staff and owners. After being loyal customers for many years we have recently stopped going to Anupam because of the quality of the food. Today we went to buy one item. After waiting for 30 mins we were told that they will be making it now and blamed it on us for being impatient. After asking the status multiple times they did not respond. Please do not open the shop if you do not have basic manners of how to speak. Forget going above and beyond for the customers they do not even know how to respect the customers. You’re truly setting an example sir!

bad service…they take customers for granted. the staff is very rude and they don’t give fresh stuff unless you stand on their for 30 mins. the taste of farsan changes TOO FREQUENTLY. They even give stale chutney and farsan. At this point, if one is so uninterested in doing business, they should stop it.

They always come with new stuff to meet the growing palette of their clients. Their Farsan, Mithai & many other savoury items are reasonably priced.
