Great hidden gem in andheri. One of the best udipi restaurants i have eaten at. We tried the mangalorean buns neer dosa bene dosa and tea were to die for. Highly recommend this place.

Then we got it replaced and then something better came. - Benne dosa was too thick and not in a good way, it was not crispy at all. Super soft and soggy. - Pav Bhaji dosa also felt like it was prepared and set on the counter for 10-20mins. Extremely doughy and unappetizing. - They made South Indian style Chana masala instead of North Indian style Chole Bhature, which we had ordered. If you can't make it in the north style, don't name it that, or have it off the menu, because the chole taste was below average. - The paneer crispy was good but it was not crispy like its name. Again, it felt like it was prepared a while back and given us later. Service was also very slow. Please reduce some items on your menu if you have to and stick to south indian foods.

We ordered starters goli bajje ( it was delicious both bajje & chutney ) Mangalore buns were good but heavy , Paneer ghee roast could have been better , mushroom gassi was good , neer dosa was good , malabar parota was too heavy on ghee so was very heavy to finish , condiments given were tasty, one of the best caramel custard I ever had ..!!!! Service needs to improve big time especially serving main course gravies & had to look for people if needed anything….also food took a bit time to come ….but overall a good Mangalorean food experience….!!!!!

Returning to this establishment after almost 25 years felt nostalgic. While it has evolved from a traditional, no frills Udipi eatery into a more polished fine dining space, I was pleased to find the authentic South Indian flavors remain intact. Unfortunately, the service didn't quite match the upscale ambiance; the staff seemed confused, disorganized and lacked the coordination expected at this level. Definitely would recommend for the quality of food.
