Had a really positive experience with Dr. Sonali and her team. Right from taking an appointment to the actual consultation, the process is smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to Sneha, who manages appointments so efficiently — you can simply connect over WhatsApp and voilà, your appointment is fixed! What I genuinely appreciated was that there’s no robotic chatbot experience here; you interact with real people in real time, which feels warm and reassuring. Dr. Sonali herself is extremely kind, patient, and approachable. She gives ample time to understand your concerns thoroughly and explains the remedies and treatment plan in detail. Her diagnosis feels very accurate, and the medicines/treatments suggested have been genuinely effective for me. I have personally tried her services for both hair and skin concerns and have been very happy with the results. Their cosmetology treatments are quite comprehensive and address concerns like pimples, hyperpigmentation, eczema, laser treatments, and more. They also offer excellent bridal packages.
